Had the NCV and the EMG tests today. The NCV was more painful than I remembered, but the doctor only did the EMG on my left arm, so it wasn’t as bad(though he did manage to raise a goose egg high on my shoulder where he poked the needle in). Started getting that knot of pain (the neurologist called it some kind of neuralgia) at the back of my head again, just like last Wednesday. The MRI ordeal is over. Last time, I felt so claustrophobic in that tube and just begged to be let out after only a couple of minutes. It was an older model (and it was several years ago) and my whole body went inside. Yeah, I’m in pain again. Haven’t had it like this for a long time. I think it’s partially due to weather; there are thunderstorms heading our way. Got chapter 26 of The White Winds up today. Things are moving along slowly, but they are moving. I realized that I’ve been working on this for nearly a year now.
