For the first time since 2005, I did not make 50K at NaNoWriMo. Whether it was the lack of in-person events (during which I always get lots of words), my emotional state, a lack of inspiration, or the pressure of household duties, my total word count was 13,374.

Maybe 2021 will be better for NaNoWriMo.
