Some of you may know that I live in the northwest corner of South Carolina. Well, a hurricane came through about 10 days ago. She hit us hard — not as bad as Western North Carolina — but hard enough to cause flooding, uproot trees, and leave us in the dark for a week. Even now, my cable company is still working on restoring service to the area. (I’m using my phone’s hotspot on my tablet to write this. Its keyboard is better.)<\/p>\n
