My toe is broken. The doctor didn’t even bother to x-ray it; he said he could feel the “dimple” in the bone where the break was! Ewww! I’ve got a scrip for pain meds and I’ll go back in two weeks for an x-ray to be sure it’s healing. Good news from the visit though; according to their scales, I’ve lost twelve pounds! I have had a deuce of a time starting Masquerade chapter 19. I started with one bit, then another, but finally changed the setting of the second bit, and that made all the difference. Noticed yesterday that my most troublesome toe (second toe, right foot) is swollen and has a nasty bruise. I’m sure I accidently kicked one of the pesky bed supports and that now the toe is broken. The Carlsbad pictures required a good bit of fiddling, using a lot of contrast (which makes them look green) to show up a lot of what was on the photos, but it worked… for the most part.
