Had to take a couple of hours to tweak all the links involved in The White Winds so navigation from chapter to chapter works right. Someone (Willow) decided I shouldn’t write on my new NaNoWriMo novel tonight. I was originally going to do a series of short stories, one for each day, but I’m already behind word count-wise. Willow is not helping.

My skinny, sweet, tortoiseshell cat, Tika, was hit and killed by a car today. She was 8 years old. It was an accident; she ran out in the street at the wrong moment. The driver was nice enough to stop and find out who the owner was, and even wrapped her body up in a towel and put her in a big shoe box for me.
